Cash payment:
I charge a fee of $65.00 per visit when you pay during your visit—with no additional fees for the initial consultation. Payments may be made with cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Private insurance:
Many insurance plans pay for acupuncture, and I am able to bill most of them. Please call with your insurance information, and I will call your insurance company for the necessary information about your acupuncture benefits and coverage.
Automobile Accidents:
If you have had an automobile accident in the past year, please call. You do not need a referral from a physician. Acupuncturists can bill your auto insurance directly.
Workers Compensation:
I have a long history of treating work-related injuries and am on the provider lists of most workers' compensation insurance companies. If your workers' compensation claim has been approved, your primary physician can refer you for treatment. Please call if you have questions.
